Remember that Dr. Luke wrote both the Gospel of Luke and the Acts of the Apostles, a sort of Volume 1 and 2 for Theophilus. Something major changed from Luke 22 to Acts 3. The difference? Peter and John had witnessed the resurrection of Jesus and through the Holy Spirit knew the truth. They inspire us to also Act Like Easter People.
