What's today?

I announced a couple of weeks ago that I would start doing an informal gathering on Wednesday nights. I said we wouldn’t necessarily do it each week, but we would gather most weeks.

We “met” on Feb. 25, and then didn’t on March 4. Honestly, it just got to be too late, but a couple of people asked me if they had missed it. So I determined to make sure to do it this week, on March 11.

Except that I looked up from what I was working on, and it was 12:35 a.m. Middle of the night, Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

Oops.

So even though this isn’t Wednesday, I’ve set up a Live for 6:45 p.m. this evening, March 12. As always, no obligation, no expectation, just opportunity for community. (That’s a nice rhyme, isn’t it? I’ll have to use that.)

And I have set up an alarm for next Wednesday, hoping that when it goes off, I will be where I can start it! I know it’s not the end of the world when it doesn’t happen, but we do want to provide an informal way of staying connected, and that’s what we’re experimenting with.
