Somewhere between rushing through the day and trying to keep up with everything coming at us, we lose something small… and essential.
In this week’s Coffee with Donn, I found myself reflecting on how rarely we give ourselves even five minutes of real quiet. Not scrolling. Not listening. Not multitasking. Just being.
Idea: Give yourself permission to just enjoy quiet time, and notice what’s already there.
It turns out, even something as simple as making coffee can become a doorway back to that kind of presence.
